Bill Tolo is a principal process improvement consultant for PF&D Services LLC based in Minneapolis, MN. In addition he is a strategic partner of Laubrass Inc. for the UmtPlus and UmtAudit products.

Tolo has 20+ years of corporate working experience as a Senior Industrial Engineer with Best Buy, Macy s, Target Corporation: Marshall Field s, Unisys, Teledyne, & RCA.

Tolo uses IE methodologies to transfer classic manufacturing principles to the service business sectors of logistics, distribution and retail store operations. Tolo served on the IIE Board of Trustees as SVP Chapter Networking, was the IIE Annual Conference Solutions Chair, is past president of IIE Twin Cities Chapter 38, and is a repeat speaker at Annual and regional conferences.

Tolo has a B.S.I.E. University of Missouri-Columbia and a M.A. Augsburg College, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
